Remembrance Service
All bereavement services are open to
the community and are free of charge.

The Remembrance Service
Open to anyone
in the community who has lost a loved one. The service is held at a local church and presented by Hospice
of the Prairie staff.
This service is a non-denominational,
spiritually based celebration of the lives of those special to us who
have died. The names of patients who died in the prior few
months are read, as well as any names submitted by hospice volunteers,
staff, board of directors, and members of the community.
Inspirational readings and music are
featured, and, weather permitting, the evening ends with a release of
balloons in memory of loved ones.
