Hospice of the Prairie & Prairie Home
Health is honored to be the recipient of many charitable gifts and
contributions each year.
In keeping with our non-profit mission, no
medically eligible patient referred to our hospice program is denied
care due to a lack of financial resources. The generosity of
these contributions helps enable Hospice of the Prairie to continue to
support patients and their families during the difficult time of a
terminal illness.
This support not
only addresses the physical needs of the patient, but also assists
with the spiritual and psychosocial needs that arise during this time
for both the patient and family. We believe that this support enables
life to be lived as fully as possible, even though dying is imminent.
We invite you to consider a contribution
to Hospice of the Prairie & Prairie Home Health in honor or memory of
a loved one. To assure your donation is properly acknowledged to
the honoree or family, please include our

with your gift. During the holiday season, you may choose to make
a contribution to our
Celebration of Life Tree.
